With over 35 years of combined experience and 10 years as an established business, Leon’s Concrete has completed a variety of large-scale and mid-sized projects. Juventino Leon, Founder, and president of operations has spearheaded our early success with his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond in every project we overtake. Juventino has been in the concrete construction industry since 1997. Beginning as a laborer, moving up through the ranks over the years to the director of concrete services with some of the largest commercial concrete construction firms in Houston.
Our performance speaks for itself and says a lot about who we are. By providing skilled and talented people, we tackle every project and obstacle with a strong mindset. Our project managers are dedicated to each project and dedicate their time to ensure success throughout the entirety of each phase. Our foremen are skilled people who have extensive experience in concrete construction, together we make the dream work.

It includes defining the project scope, developing detailed cost estimates, assessing risks, and planning logistics.
